Marathon Training Week 9

Standard

Nine weeks of marathon training complete. 176 miles down, 283.2 yet to run. Everything felt great until today. I felt tired on my 10 mile run against a cold wind. Now I feel like I am getting sick with a cold. It’s been a tough few weeks on my body with all the running and all the travel. Hoping that the extra hour of sleep I’ll get tonight when we set the clocks back will help.
