Halloween Homeschool

Standard

Halloween was the perfect day to have fun and re-group at the end of the second week of homeschool.  Instead of all of the usual lessons, I tried to give everything a fun Halloween twist.  Math was Halloween logic problems.  The spelling lesson for the day was all Halloween-related words.  Grammar was correcting sentences about Halloween.  Writing was an imaginary interview with a witch.  Art was making fun Halloween characters out of toilet paper rolls. Brilliant B made Frankenstein, a cat, a bat, and a mummy.  I made the bride of Frankenstein.
